Questions

Which port do I enter?

The game port players connect to, usually 27015. CS 1.6 answers status queries on the same port.

How often is my server checked?

Every 3 minutes while it is online, less often while it is offline. Averages and the rank update every few minutes.

Why does my server show as offline?

The server did not answer two checks in a row. Common causes: a firewall or DDoS filter that blocks status queries (A2S), a changed IP or port, or the server is down.

My server was flagged. What can I do?

We flag bot servers, fake player counts, redirects and copies of other servers. If the flag is wrong, claim your server and press Report on its page, or contact us. An admin will look at it.
