Post in the forum help section. Other players and server owners often answer within a few hours, which is faster than email.

Abuse and removal

• A server cheats (bots, fake players, redirects, copies): press Report on the server page.
• A post, comment or chat message breaks the rules: press its Report button.
• You want your nickname or your data removed: email us from the address on your account, or send us the nickname.
